St. Julie Billiart and St. Peter Parishes are excited to invite you to a special joint introductory gathering titled, Uniting in Faith, Justice, and Action: Living the Gospel Through Justice and Service. Many of us want to live out our faith in the modern world, but might not be familiar with the Church's powerful framework for it: Catholic Social Teaching, as outlined by our U.S. Bishops. It isn't enough to just love Jesus. He said we are to be His disciples. Just what is a disciple? A disciple is a student or follower of a teacher. What does it take to be a disciple of Jesus in today's world? Come join us for the dynamic 7 week series, Following Christ, on Monday evenings from 7:00-8:30pm at St. Julie's. The sessions will begin on November 9th and conclude on December 21st with a day of retreat on December 12th. Prerequisite: Discovering Christ, Alpha, Cursillo or something similar.
